These Terms & Conditions govern your use of betjelii — including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, gameplay, and all other platform services. Please read every section carefully before registering or placing any wager.
betjelii is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Age and identity verification are required before withdrawals are processed. Underage accounts are closed immediately upon discovery.
All deposits and withdrawals operate under clearly defined limits and processing timelines. BDT transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are subject to the same fair, documented rules as card payments.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. These definitions apply equally to singular and plural forms and to any derivative grammatical forms of the defined term.

Headings in these Terms & Conditions are for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation. Where the word "including" is used, it means "including without limitation".
Section 2
Account Eligibility & Registration
To register and maintain a valid account on betjelii, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and must remain 18 or older for the duration of your account's existence.
- You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register accounts.
- You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.
- You must not be a resident of, or attempting to access betjelii from, any Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
- You must not already hold an existing active or suspended account with betjelii. Each player is permitted exactly one account. Duplicate accounts are a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person, syndicate, or third party when registering or placing wagers.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of an employee of betjelii or any of its technology or game providers.
betjelii reserves the right to verify all registration information at any stage. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension and may result in permanent closure.
Where betjelii is not satisfied with the authenticity of documents provided, the platform reserves the right to decline verification and close the account, returning any uncontested real money balance to the payment method of origin. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds will not be returned in such circumstances.
Section 3
Account Rules & Security
Players are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their betjelii account credentials — including username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. betjelii will never ask you to disclose your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. If you receive such a request purportedly from betjelii, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support@betjelii immediately.
You must not share your account login details with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact betjelii support immediately and request a temporary account lock. The platform will investigate and take appropriate action, but cannot be held liable for losses incurred prior to notification.
betjelii maintains the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time and without advance notice where there is reasonable belief of:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or use of stolen payment methods;
- Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
- Use of software tools, bots, scripts, or other automated means to interact with the platform;
- Abuse of promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play;
- Money laundering or any other criminal activity.
Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraudulent activity or Terms & Conditions breach, betjelii reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance, including real money deposits, pending the outcome of any internal or external investigation. Players retain the right to dispute such decisions by contacting support@betjelii in writing.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their betjelii account should contact the support team at support@betjelii. Any outstanding real money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to standard identity verification requirements. Bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon account closure unless they have already met the applicable wagering requirements.
Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
betjelii accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposit and withdrawal transactions: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed from time to time; the current list of accepted methods is displayed on the Cashier page within your account.
Deposits. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit specified at platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction caps. Deposits are generally credited to your betjelii account within minutes of successful confirmation by the payment provider. betjelii is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, network interruptions, or banking system maintenance windows. If a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, contact support@betjelii with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on the same account. betjelii does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not belonging to the registered account holder. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification; players who have not yet completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must do so before any withdrawal is approved. Verified withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within the same business day; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days.
Withdrawal conditions. Real money funds deposited on betjelii must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be approved. This single-rollover condition applies to deposit funds only and is separate from any bonus wagering requirements. betjelii reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where account activity indicates unusual patterns.
Currency and fees. All transactions are processed in BDT. betjelii does not charge a platform-level fee for deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transfer fees. Players are advised to check the fee schedule of their chosen payment method directly with the provider before initiating a transaction.
Declined transactions. betjelii reserves the right to decline a deposit or withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where a withdrawal is declined, the player will be notified by email and given the opportunity to provide additional information.
Section 5
Bonus & Promotions Policy
betjelii offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms published on the individual promotion page. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence over the general bonus policy in this section.
Welcome Bonus. New players who register a betjelii account and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for a 100% first deposit match bonus of up to ৳20,000, plus 50 free spins on qualifying slot titles. To qualify, the first deposit must be a minimum of ৳500 and must be made within 7 days of completing account registration. The bonus and any free spin winnings are credited to the bonus balance and are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted.
Wagering requirements. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. If the requirement is not met within this period, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — the standard contribution rates are:
- Slots: 100% contribution toward wagering requirements;
- Live Casino table games (roulette, blackjack, baccarat): 10% contribution;
- Sports betting pre-match markets: 100% contribution on bets with minimum odds of 1.50;
- Sports betting live in-play markets: 50% contribution;
- Jackpot Fishing and arcade titles: 50% contribution;
- Progressive jackpot slots: 0% contribution (excluded from wagering).
Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings. Unless otherwise stated in promotion-specific terms, the maximum amount withdrawable from winnings generated solely from bonus funds is 5x the bonus amount received (e.g., if you receive a ৳5,000 bonus, the maximum withdrawal from those bonus-derived winnings is ৳25,000). Real money deposits are not subject to this cap.
Bonus abuse. betjelii actively monitors player accounts for behaviour that is inconsistent with genuine recreational play and constitutes bonus abuse. This includes — but is not limited to — exploiting wagering contribution differences by placing low-risk, near-certain-outcome bets to meet wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, and coordinating with other players to collectively exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, betjelii will void the relevant bonus and associated winnings and may close the player's account.
Cashback and reload offers. Cashback promotions are calculated on net losses over the specified period and are credited to the bonus balance. Reload bonuses follow the same general terms as the welcome bonus unless stated otherwise. Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL, or the T20 World Cup carry their own specific terms published on the relevant promotion page.
betjelii reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already deposited to qualify, the deposit will not be voided — only the bonus will be cancelled.
Section 6
Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct
betjelii is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. To protect the integrity of the platform, the following conduct is strictly prohibited. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance as appropriate to the severity of the violation.
Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
- Registering more than one account on betjelii, whether under the same or different personal information;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with betjelii;
- Using software bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with games, place bets, or manage accounts on betjelii;
- Exploiting software bugs, game errors, miscalculated odds, or technical malfunctions to generate profit. Any winnings obtained through an identifiable error must be reported to support; betjelii reserves the right to void bets and correct balances in such cases;
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players — including but not limited to chip dumping, coordinated betting strategies, or sharing of live dealer hand information;
- Charging back a deposit through your payment provider after using the funds to wager. Chargeback fraud is treated as theft and will be reported to the relevant payment network and, where applicable, law enforcement authorities;
- Using betjelii for any money laundering purpose, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity;
- Attempting to manipulate sporting event outcomes in connection with bets placed on betjelii (match-fixing). betjelii cooperates fully with sports integrity bodies and law enforcement in relation to match-fixing investigations.
betjelii employs automated monitoring systems and human review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where an investigation is ongoing, the platform may place a temporary hold on a player's account and balance without prior notice. Players under investigation retain the right to contact support@betjelii to understand the nature of the review and submit relevant information for consideration.
Section 7
Responsible Gaming Obligations
betjelii takes its duty of care to players seriously. The platform provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools that every registered player can access and activate at any time from their account settings page. These tools are available to all players regardless of their account status, deposit history, or wagering activity.
Available responsible gaming tools on betjelii include:
- Deposit limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit cap. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before they take effect.
- Loss limits: Cap the maximum net amount you are willing to lose over a specified period. Loss limit reductions take effect immediately.
- Session time reminders: Receive a notification after a pre-set period of continuous play reminding you how long you have been active.
- Reality checks: On-screen pop-ups that display at regular intervals showing your total time played and net win/loss position for the current session.
- Time-out: Request a temporary break from betjelii for a period ranging from 24 hours to six weeks. During a time-out, you cannot deposit, wager, or access any games. Time-outs cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.
- Self-exclusion: Players who feel their gambling has become a serious problem may request permanent self-exclusion. Permanent self-exclusion closes the account for a minimum of five years and cannot be reversed during that period. Requests are processed within one hour of receipt by the support team.
betjelii strictly enforces its minimum age policy of 18 years. The platform employs age verification procedures at registration and at withdrawal stage. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and the deposited balance returned to the payment method of origin.
betjelii does not target vulnerable individuals and will not — under any circumstances — attempt to dissuade a player from using responsible gaming tools, taking a time-out, or requesting self-exclusion. Section 8
Limitation of Liability
betjelii provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While the platform makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, it does not warrant that the website, games, or any associated services will be free from errors, interruptions, delays, or security vulnerabilities at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betjelii shall not be liable to any player for any of the following:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from platform downtime, game malfunction, or service interruption;
- Financial loss resulting from a player's own decisions, wagering activity, or reliance on platform information;
- Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature, even if betjelii has been advised of the possibility of such damages;
- Loss or corruption of account data due to circumstances beyond betjelii's reasonable control, including cyberattacks, infrastructure failures, or force majeure events;
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or telecommunications networks.
Where a game or technical malfunction results in the display of an incorrect balance, payout, or odds figure, betjelii reserves the right to void the affected bets and correct the account balance to its accurate state. Players will be notified of any such correction by email. betjelii's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident in question.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable principles of online gaming and consumer protection. betjelii reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email and announced on the platform homepage. Continued use of betjelii following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
