To request self-exclusion, email support@betjelii with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request" and include your registered email address and the exclusion duration you are requesting. Your account will be fully suspended within one hour of your request being received.
- Available exclusion periods: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent (indefinite)
- What happens during exclusion: Your account is suspended. You cannot log in, deposit, place bets, or access any games. Any unsettled bets placed before exclusion are resolved normally, and any remaining account balance is returned to your verified payment method.
- Marketing blackout: You will be removed from all promotional email lists, SMS campaigns, and bonus communications for the entire duration of the exclusion period.
